Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you by now know that Square Enix’s highly anticipated new entry in the long running Final Fantasy series is going mutli-platform on both the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. This was announced at Microsoft’s E3 press conference on Monday.

Not much else was revealed in regards to actual gameplay other than a gorgeous looking trailer.  It seems to be a smart business move for Square Enix and it definitely helps Microsoft secure the already strong hold on RPGs they have so far in this generation. Keep an eye out for more news as it unfolds.
