For a recent article reported in Siliconera.com, go to Rydia takes the lead in Final Fantasy IV: The After (http://www.siliconera.com/2008/03/19/rydia-takes-the-lead-in-final-fantasy-iv-the-after/)

Yes, I'm pretty upset myself too. WTF is Square-Enix thinking when they planned only to release this sequel for the mobile phone market only.

I really don't get square's obsession with IV, I mean it was a great game, but it's certainly not the second best final fantasy(which is what this treatment indicates).

Why is it so big to SE? May have to do with the fact that it was their first big Final Fantasy release on the SNES, Fallen. I am sure there are other reasons as well.

Hmm, I had not heard anything about this until now. Only on the phone? Oh well.

FE, you won't understand unless you're a true FF fan who have played FF series from the start.

Big Whale is not the only thing. FFIV also gives you really colourful and interesting characters.

Well I have played every FF and I do consider myself a FF fan. I thought that FFIV was a great game also(I really like the wide range of characters and the dramatic plot) but I'm just saying that I think it's getting second-favourite treatment from square when a game like FFVI scored much higher(at least in my book).

FFVI is definitely a better FF title as compared to FFIV but that does not mean they are all not awesome. Both awesome, period. FFV sux ass on the other hand.

I'm just saying that I think FFVI deserves more ports and sequels than FFIV, in my opinion.

FFIV rocks ok? No need for you to understand if you don't want to.
