There are a whole bunch more sitcoms than just Seinfeld and Scrubs. What are your favorites?
I'm not ashamed to admit that I love Golden Girls. A lot. I want to be Bea Arthur when I'm 60- not just be like her, but be her.
From 11-2:30AM, I'm glued to Lifetime watching my all time favorites- Will and Grace, Fraiser, Golden Girls, and the Nanny. My name is charolastra and I'm an addict.

I used to like watching Golden Girls with my grandma when I was younger...heh
Fresh Prince of Bel-Air is my feel good drug... I -LOVE- it. As for more recent stuff, Arrested Development blows everything out of the water, but now that it's canceled, I don't think I get to count it anymore. How I Met Your Mother is fun (but I probably like that because of my unhealthy crush on Jason Segel)... I don't really watch much TV anymore, so that's pretty much it. :)

House isn't a sitcom, but definitely up there in terms of television in general. Sitcoms are almost always (or maybe just always) half hour shows.

True... just felt like my list was too short so I threw that in there.

I love Scrubs, The Big Bang Theory ( if you guys haven't watched that one, it's a hoot!), How I Met Your Mother, and My Name is Earl. Those are about the only current sit coms I watch.
Of older ones, I always loved Designing Women, Murphy Brown, The Facts of Life, Friends.
I also love It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia, on FX.

I totally forgot about My Name is Earl. For some reason that episode where Roseanne plays a nun completely cracked me up. The part where they convince her that she's hearing God and they make her do the hokey pokey. I lol'd.

Agreed minus House but speaking of Hugh Laurie: BLACKADDER... not really a sitcom but yeah.. :p funny funny.
+ How I met your mother and Two and a Half men!
The rest are all British comedy and don't really count as sitcoms.

It's not a sitcom, but have any of you guys ever watched Reaper? I love that show.

I watched the pilot because it looked interesting. Wasn't that impressed. :/

The pilot, I loved. The first half of the season was kinda dull though, it was the same thing every week. The last half of the season was much better, because they got out of the "demon of the week" to catch, and more into rebellions against Satan, why he was so interested in the main guy, and the maybe Satan is his dad stuff.

How could I forget about the IT Crowd. Its definetely one of the funniest show ever made. My favourite character is Richmond, the first time he showed up i practically cried of laughter. The entire show is awesome.

I get a lot of shit for it, but I like Two and a Half Men. Sometimes the laugh track is brutal, though.

Also Grounded for Life was the bomb, awesome show.

I've been watching Family Guy a lot lately. I used to hate that show for some reason. I have no idea why. Though crude at times it's funny as hell. I also have been watching Still Standing which is on right after Family Guy here and it's pretty damn funny. Of course, I love Firefox. I also like Star Trek TNG and Voyager. Lately I've been reliving my youth and watching MacGyver and Knight Rider. Rules of Engagement is great as well.
Also, I have one guilty pleasure, CSI Miami.

One of the biggest laughs I have ever had was when I got linked to this you tube video compiling a lot of Horatio Cane's one liners.
"Looks like the hunter, because the prey....SHOUHHHHHHH We wont get fooled again"
Gotta add That 70's Show to the list. Loved that damned show.

Yeah, the last season was kinda un-fun, but the final episode at least brought everyone back together.

I have a hard time changing the channel when I come across a 70's show episode. No matter how many times I've seen it, the show's just really entertaining. Great casting and writing.

It doesn't hurt that I vaguely remember bits and pieces of the 70s.

Yeah same here, I stopped watching it after a couple episodes for no reason, I just forgot it was on. Good show indeed.

The show that comes on before How I Met Your Mother, The Big Bang Theory, is hilarious, anyone ever caught that one? It's all about science geeks. The clothes they wear, the games they play, it's just a hoot. Reminds me of myself, only I'm not that smart.

I have seen it, liked it, but not a complete fan of it.
