The idea of gathering people for raids on World of Warcraft is intriguing ...
BUT
You all have to be level 80 horde on my server.
So start transferring. I'm waiting.

I'm actually thinking we'll have a couple different 'official' AllRPG servers for each faction, plus the ability to establish an AllRPG "Guild" on any server people want to. That way, everyone gets the chance. However, you are our most avid player I think, so....we'll talk about it. ;)

I just have to say that I couldn't be happier that you guys are working on this stuff. It sounds like what this place needs. I'm just happy. That's all I've really got to say... :)

I tought I shook myself free, you see I bounce back quicker than most, but I am half delirious, its too mysterious, you walk through my walls like a ghost and I take everyday at a time, I am proud as a lion in his lair, now there is no denying, and no decrying it, you are all tangled up in my head, old habits die hard.
I have no idea how that's relevant, but alright...

I am intrigued. I don't know how well this whole thing will work, but I'm hopeful.
One thing though.... the logo for EndGamer looks an awful lot like PC Gamer. :\

Innovative new ideas from an innovative mind. I don't see what could go wrong, so I'm naturally optimistic about the whole thing.
Good luck.

Red White and Black are the three most commonly used colors in logo design. I admit there's a resemblance, but...then there's a resemblance to a lot of logos.
One noticeable difference is that the words are not in a black/white box like on PC Gamer, and the blue vertical Magazine. It's also a taller, thinner font. So really, the only resemblance is in the color.

I think I need to be the official reporter for Runescape and Secondlife. That also could be because I'm the only one here who plays around with either, but that's OK. ;)

I don't really care about nitpicking, I'm just saying there's a resemblance; PC Gamer was the first thing to come to mind, maybe it was partly because of your branding it as a magazine.
Anyway, I just caught something else. EndGamer Magazine = EGM = Electronic Gaming Monthly. I'm afraid of the confusion that could cause. I would recommend "Zine" or "E-Zine" (EGZ, EGE) instead of "Magazine" but that just sounds retarded.
I know my ideas often fall on deaf ears but I'll let you know if I think of something that would help. ;)
Well..one the URL endgamermag.com is already bought. I really don't think anyone's gonna confuse the two sites and really...if they do and come to us thinking we're them, well...good for us. Boost our traffic, please.

I doubt that EGM would be too confusing as 1up.com has been their home for years now. Supposedly EGM is moving away from print in the near future as well and will only be focusing on the 1up site.
Your thoughts are always welcome though Moogle. Don't think that they go on deaf ears. :)

I do like the color scheme, though I feel like posts are merging together since the body is black and the borders are lighter black. It might be the computer I'm on, though.

I think it's your computer. The background and body tones are greyscale with (obvious) blue highlighting. Try adjusting your brightness/contrast.

I don't mind it too much. I prefer the smaller font while I'm typing a post and it kind of encourages me to elaborate more. That is some deep psychology, son.
I definitely hate the main forum page, ew. But I never use it so I don't care.

I prefer this layout to the previous one. Bright layouts always make me uneasy.

Not a huge fan of the color scheme (it's kind of overused), but overall the new look is fairly easy on the eyes. The text box being dark gray with bold text is throwing me off, though. Also, the smilies don't exactly work with this shade of gray... I actually made some smilies years ago that would go good with this color scheme. If you'd like to use any of them, you're free to. The header is kind of big, too, but I'll probably just block it or something. [EDIT] Nah, can't block tables. :(
I'll nitpick more later. ;)
The color scheme is old-school AllRPG. I went with it specifically as a throwback to the old forums while maintaining a new look. It's high contrast, easy to read, etc. The new site will be similarly themed.
The Header is about 20 pixels Shorter than the last theme.
Like the new theme. Looks very snazz.
I don't really like the dark gray background but I love the new layout.

The old header used the space better, in my opinion. I mean, I can stand the gradients, but it just seems like too much wasted space. The text is bugging me too. I just hate fuzzy drop-shadows. And the font is kind of strange (the 'R' and 'P' don't even match!)
Two things I really like about the new design, though: the forum width scales much better to small screens and stretches for wide screens (I have a high resolution laptop screen, but I also use my the Wii browser, which looked worse with the old forum). Also pages scroll more smoothly on my computer; not sure if it's because there are fewer graphics, but it's a definite improvement for me.

I like the gray and black, but I have to say that the blue is a little harsh on the eyes in comparison. Not, say, our names or links, but the blue bars.
All I want to say is that this is freaking amazing. I've already expressed my opinion on my facebook status message. That's how happy I am with the new look. I haven't dedicated a facebook status message to AllRPG in ages!
It actually looks better than any makeover we've ever had in the past. In fact, I even want to look at the main page out of curiosity. Usually it takes me at least a few days after a big layout haul over to want to look at anything.
Also, I must have been gone for longer than I realized, because I have no clue what an EndGamer E-Zine is.
EDIT: Well. That was ironic.

Dude, read the current announcement at the top of each forum. The one labeled "Special Surprise..."
Dude. I didn't even read the first post in this thread.
That said, I've since read it (the announcement). And as such a tip of my hat to Hyde, and a wag of my finger to news comedy rip offs.
