So, either you can go one of two routes with this... wish for a trillion dollars and then you're done, or wish for things that you actually think about on a day to day basis and would really enjoy having.

I'll go with the latter:

1) To own three of every RPG title in existence. One for pleasure, one for keeps, and one to sell eventually. (see, I didn't just wish for a trillion dollars, I just incorporated my desire for money in with this very creative wish). ^_^

2) To be the best coffee maker and most knowledgeable coffee master in the world. Remembered until the end of time for my foam. Woman love my foam.(See, Raidou, I incorporated a fairly humorous pun in with my aspiration of making your mother a latte).

3) To be the strongest samurai warrior to ever walk the planet. Then they'd make a movie out of me because only the idea would most likely be in existence considering I'd be a part of a parallel universe filled with other samurai.

1) The power to manipulate time and space.

2) The power to manipulate molecular structures( for use of shape shifting and re-materialization)

3) Be the best at hypnotism.

Yeah mine aren't too down to earth.

Wish #1: A boyfriend that isn't a douchebag.

Wish #2: To have a hand in an expedition on Mars, if it were ever feasible to do so in my lifetime. (Believe it or not, I spend a lot of time thinking about this.)

Wish #3: Unlimited world travel (that is, free transportation. Flights, trains, rental cars, etc).

1. To be wealthy.

2. To be able to shape-shift.

3. To be satisfied and happy all the time. No mood swings, no depression, no insomnia.

hmm....

1 - The Powers to control space and time, enabling me to simultaneously fly, teleport, BE, etc. anywhere and any TIME I want....

2 - An unlimited fund bank account accessible at any time from anywhere in the world.

3 - To be one of the above-mentioned Spartans. :D

Without getting too fantastic:

1. Immunity to all parasites

2. Fluency in every form of communication

3. I don't know. Perfect pitch or something.

I would wish for my oldest daughter to just suddenly catch up in all the areas that she is behind, mentally, educationally, and physically, to be financially comfortable (don't have to be rich as hell, just own our own home and not have to worry so much about bills), and for my whole family to be healthy. Including my mom the pill popper and my dad the alcoholic junkie.

1 - To be totally and completely awesome(r).

2 - To never tire again!

3 - To make women whimper at eye contact.

Option 1: I'd basically want to have the powers of a Dragonball Z character. That covers the basics, strength, speed, flying, death beams, etc.

Option 2: The talents to be to be the best baseball player ever. Baseball players make the most money and have the longest careers.

Option 3: If the other wishes couldn't be worked out, then I'd want a pack of cigarettes. It would contain 1 cigarette that would regenerate as soon as the previous one was put out. The cigarettes would also not have any of the harmful side effects that regular cigarettes have, but it would give you the same highs.

I understand why you hate baseball. I hated it most of my life until I realized I needed something to fill the gap for football. I think the motto for professional baseball still should be, "At least it's not golf."

I never have liked football though.

I prefer Canuck :p I gave up on Montreal at my 1st team a long time ago. Which I guess is horrid of me.

But I think Hockey is painfully underrated in America. I guess Americans are really into their traditions and all.

To Americans, hockey is soccer on ice. They are both games made up of almost amazing plays. It's like football if every pass was incomplete except for the ones that scored touchdowns.

Well, if I was simply going for all powerful I'd need just one wish:

1) The Infinity Gauntlet with all gems installed.

The other two wouldn't really matter. Perhaps:

2) The addition of many mythological creature to the Earth, especially dragons and invisible pink unicorns.
3) Spaghetti trees.

My slightly less cheeky picks, the ones I usually go with, are:

1) Body enhanced to be youthfully immortal.
2) Brain enhanced to handle indefinite lifespan.
3) A ship capable of intergalactic travel. Perhaps V'Ger without the hangups.

Abominari
06-21-2008, 09:41 AM
1. Omnipotence. Control over spacetime, matter, the basic fabric and building blocks of the universe. "Teleportation" by bending the cosmos around me, sure -- but what I really want to do is direct.. I want the powers of God -- I want to BE God -- and then I want to leave humans alone, let them live out their lives and suffer or enjoy the consequences of their decisions. My greatest dream is to create new universes, invent new building blocks, spark new civilizations, and then watch them all play out. Maybe sometimes I'll go undercover, take a role within societies. Usually I'll just watch. Watch, and keep creating.

2. After #1, I don't need anything else. But for the sake of discussion, I'd lord over a harem of women from my list of gorgeous ladies, posted previously at the old forums. This won't even be based entirely on sex -- they would not be my "servants", it would be more like a marriage between two dozen women and myself. Tongue gets very, very strong by extensive exercise.

3. Abominari wins the lottery. As he doesn't really believe in undeserved wealth, but feels that giving it away would be more pointless, he would instead reduce his hours at his present place of employment, perhaps finding a new, more enjoyable one or going without altogether, and dedicates his time to academic achievement and personal fulfillment in science. He would focus more on his mental, spiritual, and physical development. Upon completing college, he works extensively in the aerospace and energy sectors, devises a workable hyperspace drive and ship design (craft for maiden voyage modeled loosely after Serenity (Firefly)), and becomes the first man to voyage, privately, beyond the moon. Spends a great deal of time exploring, esp. beyond the boundaries of the solar system.

Returns to an Earth which thought him dead, bringing samples mined from bodies around (relatively) local systems in the Milky Way. Establishes a new private corporation for construction of space vessels, orbiting construction yard, extensive R&D sectors, metals, space weaponry, private military, among others. Requires all third parties to pay handsomely to share in technology, and as a result Abominari becomes a multi-trillionaire, uses his power to carefully orchestrate world events to promote space travel and prevent government interference in ops or development. Buys various properties Abominari deems important, becomes prime mover in global economy. Encounters some forceful "disagreement" from a small handful of nations, rapidly "corrects" opposition parties.

Conducts regular exploration missions solo or with small, elite support teams. Seeks technology to allow safe travel in and out of stars. Establishes mining operations on planets and asteroids.

Spends more time in space as age sets in. Leaves galaxy. Unlocks mysteries of unified field theory. Flies through stars with impunity. Builds a fully-functioning "Maker", a device that breaks any material into its most basic atomic parts and then reassembles it as specified. Cures cancer, AIDS, stupidity, My Chemical Romance fans (see also: stupidity), world hunger, etc. Disappears without a trace. Eats pudding.

Hahaha. That is great.

1. Access to the Akashic Field (A-Field) if the theory proves itself true, which I believe it does.

2. To be able to stay awake and not require any sleep at all. I guess there are drugs for that. That goes along with immortality, but that I know will be a great possibility in the near future.

3. To be able to travel any place in the world as well as the multiverse.

To sum it all up: It is a field that is the ultimate library of everything. I first heard about it in a Robert Anton Wilson book, and I then have been buying a few Ervin Laszlo books to try and get a better understanding. It is very interesting material, and has many crazy stories explaining the A-Field as well as other things like prayer and meditation. Often, I find it hard to read because I do not have a lot of knowledge when it comes to physics, metaphysics, cosmology, and so forth, but it still grabs my attention to want to learn more.

1. The ability to quickly process and retain, recall/recreate/utilize information.

Pretty much just three extraordinary abilities that would be like using a game genie for an ordinary life.

I question how many of these are day-to-day wishes. Given the time to seriously consider and weigh my options, I could easily say "BE THE BIONIC WOMAN" or something, but usually when I am daydreaming I am making up incredible fight scenes with rock music in the background or watching either 300 or Mean Girls in my head.
