At the moment I work at a fleamarket. My mother is friends with the owner and they were looking to hire someone. The other person they had lined up was deaf though, unfortunately and hearing is kinda important so she asked me. I do the garbage stuff and by accident I got pushed into the position of computer tech.
Pretty easy job, except when it's hot out cause the heat kills me, I can't stand summer. I get to listen to music, find free money and ride around on the back of a truck, so it's interestting. It's also a fleamarket, so you see all sorts of freaks and dirtbags. Just the other week some old guy was beating on his fourty year old daughter and the cops dropped him to the ground like a sack of bricks.
Military. job occupation Electrician.
I work for Wal-Mart as a customer service manager.
I run the front end.

During the school year I work at my college's computer lab. I pretty much get minimum wage to do nothing. Currently this summer though I'm visiting my parents in Kenya and working welcoming new people and pretty much getting paid to be friendly and smile.

I work for a sub-contractor installing floors. Hardwood, laminate, vinyl, VCT tile, ceramic tile, and carpet. Basically anything you can put down as a floor covering, I install. I was in construction for a year before I decided I'd rather stick to just floors, because I'm good at it and I make twice as much money doing a specialty trade. Once I get all my own tools and a work truck, I'll be out on my own making two or three times as much as I am now.

I currently work at a call center for Boost Mobile. I'm pretty much a tech and a customer rep. all day. It is alright. I meet some pretty interesting people where I work, and I also talk to a lot of weird customers, so that always is a plus.

I do lots of stuff. I'm working as a picture editor, I visit expos and presentations, I write articles, I'm writing two columns each magazine and writing and editing another one by myself, and I'm an admin at our publishing house's forums that get about 40000 posts per month (with an additional 10k deleted monthly). So, yeah, I am a busy guy.

I'm currently unemployed. I left my last crappy retail job to go to Phoenix and attempt to job search there, but between ideas of going back to school within weeks of the impending move and my panicking... I came back to my home town. I'm waiting until after I take the CBEST and get accepted into the credential program before I start doing some serious job searching. So who knows, I'll probably end up in some crappy retail job...

You see, Sib, that is what I need to get into. Something that pays $$ but doesn't really require my full attention. I swear, I always screw myself by going after jobs that actually require hard work. Working hard builds a lot of character which is good, but still, I enjoy being a lazy bastard sometimes. Physical labor is my main problem. Mental work is very tiring but is a lot more fun for myself.
