Playthrough videos of games online

Does anyone here watch playthroughs of games on sites like YouTube and other such sites? Playthroughs, Lets Plays, whatever you wanna call 'em.

I don't usually, but I started sometime around the new year cause I wanted to see more of Demon's Souls. Aaaand then I was done with that, so I watched the Bioshock playthrough the guy had up as well, which I just finished last night. I'm currently watching his Bioshock 2 playthrough.
One of my favorite things about his videos as opposed to others I've seen is that I love his commentary. I once thought I'd like to see a playthrough of Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2... and then the shrills of a young boy came through my speakers and I was like "not happening." The other one I found didn't turn out much better sadly.

So yeah, anyone here watch these things? Have any recommendations?

I usually watch videos of World of Warcraft raid bosses. That's pretty much it.

Yes, I follow those. Currently Squint's playthrough of the Asian version of Demon's Souls. He is very good at it.

I used to watch a lot of SF 3 and MvC2 tournament videos on youtube. They made me a better player. I haven't done that in years, so maybe I should brush up on them again. Youtube has great walkthroughs for FFXII as well. I'm sure with time FFXIII will be the same.

FFXIII and PS3 media would be easier to capture properly if HD recording wasn't so goddamn resource intensive, and the capture cards weren't so much more expensive than SD capture cards.

haha I think I watched one of those Cho Aniki LP's. I had nothing better to do, so I started translating some of the intro text, and... oh boy haha. Funny stuff.

I know a guy from another forum who regularly makes attempts at setting records for high scores and completion times, and sometimes I watch his streams. He's got a number of records, actually, and some of them can be found in the Guinness World Records: Gamer Edition.

I also follow Rooster Teeth's Achievement Hunter videos. And pretty much anything else Rooster Teeth.
