How to transfer 360 memory?

My game memory is on the 360 hard drive. Is there a way to transfer it to a memory card?

the only way that I know of to either move or copy gaming data to a memory unit is a flash drive, they come in 8 & 16 gigs and can be found just about anyway games are sold

I also have the flash drive made by Microsoft. I use it to move my profile from one xbox to another when I play the Kinect on my girl's console.

Not certain of regular USB drives though, you'll have to search on that one.
