Do you Karaoke?

Karaoke...mostly done at bars while people are shitfaced and who think they can sing! so do you go to the bars on Karaoke nights and sing the songs you love to sing in front of many strangers and friends?

I do! and its always very fun and a good conversation starter for the ladies!
anyhow lets talk about some of the best and worst Karaoke nights for either you or even stories of friends. and if you are a fellow Karaoke goer what is your favorite song to sing?

I've never tried it. I don't know if there is a drunk enough for me to do that, I've always been too self conscious.

haha Im the same way but I dont let it stop me...I dont think I can sing that well at all, but I never got booed off the stage and I normally get alot of compliments. personally I thinks its just pity compliments, but whatever its still a compliment. :p

I know though I cant sing anything High Pitched at all....I completely butchered Aerosmith's Dream On last night, but sense I got the whole crowd involved they all cheered and had a good time from it even though my voice cracked through out most of the last half of the song. but the other two songs I sang last night I actually had people come up to me and tell me I had an awesome voice. haha but whatever I just love to sing when im drunk. :p

I prefer to watch, though I'm not exactly too timid for karaoke. I prefer to sing in the car with a friend :p

If I were to go do karaoke, I'd probably go with something like Cheap Trick's "I Want You To Want Me". Something about that just always makes me happy and feel like dancing. "surrender" is also a good one.

well yeah thats the fun part its an excuse to get drunk and sing regardless of singing skills! I do an awesome Creep by radiohead!

Nope. I have never tried it before. The two main bars that I stick with do not have karaoke, thank Horus. I just find it really annoying and somewhat of a disrespect to the original.

When I tended bar, I sang when I worked karaoke night... I haven't done it since then, and that was over 5 years ago.

We used to go to this karaoke bar as an after party joint. The people seemed to enjoy it but i only went for group signing. Not that good at karaoke, i just basically drank. Alcohol.

Nope, never have. I like to sing but mostly by myself. I don't like to sing in front of others even though I've been told I have a good voice. I would be open to trying but I sure as hell wouldn't be drunk.

Yup, I don't think you can possibly live in Asia and not like Noraebang (노래방) or Karaoke. I haven't been in quite a while, but usually I'm there for 3 hours or more. The nice thing about Noraebang's are that they are private rooms and you can be with just friends and go hard. I'm a machine and I'm not too bad overall, you'd be surprised but I'm really not that bad.

I do it all the time. A bar in the town where my college is has karaoke nights every Tuesday. I do it whether I'm drunk or sober. It's tons of fun!
