I'm a huge fan. I've played every single game released with the title (I have the movies, too).

Who else like RE? UC are tossers.

I like the series. I have played 1,2,3, CV and 4, my favourite is naturally four. What a way to boost a franchise Capcom, the guys really outdid themselves with that game. I usually dont play games over and over again but when I first finished it I had to play it again immediately.

Cant wait for RE5. Havent seen the last movie, wasnt a big fan of the first but really liked the second one, Nemesis withstanding. I thought it was awesome to have Nemesis there but they ruined it in the end.

I've only played the first RE and it was titled as BioHazard because is in Japanese version. Not a big fan like you dudes. I'm very prone to motion sickness, RE is one of those game that I remember getting motion sickness.

Well your opinion rarely is taken into consideration and your explanation for hating a game has nothing to do with the game other than it "causes" motion sickness. The End. Also, I enjoyed 4 too. I should buy it for the Wii.

I've played a few of them. Resident Evil: Directors Cut, Resident Evil: CV (DC), and a little bit of RE 4. I don't mind the series at all but I also don't rush at the chance to pick up the newest game in the series. For some odd reason though, I am really intrigued by RE 5. I guess it's the fact that Chris is coming back for some more action and it looks to possibly the most challenging one in the series so far. I'm also thinking of getting Umbrella Chronicles for the Wii because I'm a sucker for light gun shooters.

I didnt in any way said I don't like it didnt I? Is cool, I like how it scared the hell out of me when the zombie lying down on the floor suddenly pulled the hero's leg even after you hit it down. You don't have to hate me for not playing the other versions don't you SW? ^^

I was about to give you shit for getting motion sickness from a game that had prerended backgrounds, but then I remembered the first time I got motion sickness from a game was Sonic 3D Blast for the Genesis. So, yeah.

Also, I'm not a RE fan. Mostly because I hate the control scheme. I know, RE4 was supposed to be much better, but that does change the earlier games any.

I'm a huge RE fan. First one I played was RE3 when my uncle et me borrow his PS, then finished it when I bought one from a friend. I played RE2 on the N64, then the RE1 remake on the Gamecube, followed closely by RE0 and Code Veronica X. Years later the long awaited RE4 came out, which I played the hell out of. I bought the RE game for the DS, but quit sometime into it because I was replaying the remake again already. Then I bought RE4 on the Wii for the new gameplay controls. I had RE: Umbrella Chronicles for quite a while, but needed something for trade in, and it was my most current game.

I never got the chance to play the Outbreak games, but I did play Survivor, the lightgun RE game for the PS2. I thought it was pretty good despite what other people thought.

I'm awaiting RE5 now, and will probably be at the store before it opens to pick that up as well.

I'm a huge RE fan. I played 4 about 5 times through, and completed all of the side missions after you beat the game. Ada's added part was such a wicked bonus! I loved how smart the IA was, and how difficult the game got at parts. The double Behemoths (forget their names at the moment) was so ****ing hard! Well until you Figure out you could drop one into the pit

I'm so stoked for RE5. The trailer made that game look so intense. I hope it's even harder than the previous RE. Apparently the zombies will now follow you through doors and alleys until you dispose of them, or find a really good hiding spot. I've never seen so many zombies charging a single character either. There must be around 80 of them at one point! I still need decide whether I'll pick up a 360 or a PS3 however. I want the PS3 to Drop in to the 299 range then I'll probably buy one.

It's been my experience that you can either be a Die Hard Resident Evil Fan, or a Die Hard Silent Hill fan, but not both. It's kinda like Star Trek and Star Wars that way.

That being said...

..I've never liked RE. The story was cool, the games sucked.

Silent Hill 5 is gonna ROK YO WHIRLED

Actually, I kinda like both of them but I do tend to favour Silent Hill more.
