favorite dynasty warriors game?

so whats everyones favorite dw game? mines dw4 although it has slowdown issues and may not be as pretty as 5 but I do like the big stages and 1 on 1 duels. btw anyone know how to unlock soundtrack 46 in dw4?

I choose 5 because i'ts the latest one I've played and they're all pratically the same except more stages, and characters added each time. Still would want to play 6 though. I'm not particularly fond of the Empires series because they seem to just become a checkpoint race, and kinda loses the fun of the main game missions to me.

Dude... I can't even count the number of hours my friends and I have wasted on Dynasty Warriors 5. I loooooove that game. It's almost always fun to pick up and play. Hell, sometimes it's fun to just not put it down for hours upon hours. Man... good times.

I want to play 6 sooo bad haha

I have not played anything past IV. They were all pretty fun, but the series started to become really old quickly with each new release.

I'm sure he meant only in the main Dynasty Warriors series, although Gundam was a pretty damn good game in its own right. One of the two good Gundam games out there.

I have only tried , and own, V. I bought it because I have heard people talking about the games and all and I needed a stress reliever. It worked well, actually if i could ever recommend it, its pretty good to relieve stress.

All of them seem like the same game, with a different number in the title. I lost interest after Dynasty Warriors 2.

well not ALL the dw games are the same, the first dw in the series was a fighting game but after that they all seem the same.
