Have you/do you import any games?
I've been known to purchase the odd thing from another country but not all that often really.
I've got some DS and PSP games and a few Saturn titles as well.
Sakura Taisen, Shining Wisdom for Saturn
Osu! Takatae! Ouendan! for DS
Various games for PSP, the 2 Capcom Collections, Metal Slug collection, God of War: CoO, Hot Shots Golf (Everybody's Golf).
Have you imported anything?

Although there are a few games I'd really like to get, the only title I have right now is Wizardry VI & VII Complete for the Sega Saturn. Unfortunately I can't read Japanese (yet) but it's still pretty neat.

I pretty much never go through the trouble of buying import games; I've only done it once. And that was for Mr. Driller: Drill Spirits for the DS. Now, I know, that came out in North America, but I wanted the European version because it had an extra mode and and character. Was it worth it? Well, I still play the game today, so I'd say so.
There are some great Japan-only titles on the PS1, but they're so rare that it makes most sense just to download them. Rakugaki Showtime and Zanac X Zanac are amazing.
I really wanted to get an import for Doshin the Giant, but I couldn't be bothered to mod my Gamecube. I was considering getting a Q, though... that would have saved me trying to mod the GCN.

I usually import games that don't come to the US. One being Hokuto no Ken or a few others I did. I heard Tatsunoko vs Capcom may not make it stateside due to licensing issues so that's a future import purchase if otherwise.

I imported Jump! Superstars, Jump! Ultimate Stars, and Naruto GNT 2, 3, and 4. All fighting games, so knowing the text wasn't required.

I have done so in the past but it depends, if the game is not available on English and I really want to play it or if the original version is better than the werstern one, I'll import, but then again its not really importing as you can just buy the games from the stores without an actual importing procedure.
Also technically, all my purchases in the US is importing.

I just realized that I'd had a brain fart when I wrote my previous response. Even discounting the titles I've purchased from the US, I have plenty of imported games. For example, I have copy of The Bard's Tale Vol. 1 for the Spectrum 48K that's from England. Same with my copy of Heroes of the Lance that's a special edition release with a copy of the novel Dragons of Autumn Twilight in the package. Computer games aren't region locked and many computer games, especially Amiga and Atari ST games, are much more common in Europe than over here. So a game like Amberstar is much easier to find in Europe and thus my copy is imported.
Actually, I can't recall anymore exactly which are imported. I know one's from Australia but I can't remember which. But I know a handful of my computer RPG collection, at least, is imported from overseas.
