God, I got tired of seeing that game as "Coming Soon!" in the back of Nintendo Power for two years. It did get officially cancelled, but Mother 3 still isn't localized...and needs to be, badly.

Shenmue II for the Dreamcast is one of those things that has always made me angry. It was kind of like the last straw that Sega pulled on all the fans. We deserved Shenmue II as a swan song to the DC, and not NHL 2K2.

Star Fox 2 was always one I wish got released but never did. That and Sonic Xtreme.
