Starbucks employs me so being an addict to this stuff comes with the territory(not really, just for some). I love this stuff. Before I did a thread based on all drugs, but now I want to do one revolving solely on coffee.

I wake up, I need it... I go to put my shirt on, I need it... I go to eat some... well, you get the point. I drink a lot of coffee. Let's refrain from judging lil' ol' Atlas in this thread and just focus on our own problems or lack thereof. ^_^

I drink iced coffee, but not regular hot coffee. I love Starbucks frappaccino, and BKs new Iced Joe or whatever it's called.

I get all my caffeine from sodas, to which I am hopelessly addicted. And am out of dammit!

Yes, around 4 or 5 cups a day at the office. It keeps me awake.

Outside of my work environment I rarely drink it. We dont have a single starbucks here but there are a couple places that make iced coffee and its not so bad.

If I have to take care of some errands on saturday I normally pick one up alongside a sandwhich.

I'd like to try some of the Starbucks varieties of coffee, I might like it, but the nearest one to me is roughly a 45 minute drive, and I ain't going that far to try coffee. I can't think of any kind of similar coffee place near me, except the gas stations that are trying to cash in on the current flavored coffee craze. And somehow, I just don't trust Hotspot or Texaco to have the best coffee out there.

Caffeine doesn't affect me much. That's what college and downing 3 Monsters in a night will do to you. I really only drink coffee when I'm literally about to fall asleep and then it's iced and black- occasionally with some sugarfree hazelnut syrup if where ever I'm getting the coffee has it.

The only way I can even slightly enjoy tea is iced. We've got some great Passion Tea at my work that we put over ice. Yummay!

I am not a coffee fan, sadly! I'm more of a tea girl but since moving to France, I've been drinking more and more coffee mainly because I have a non-stop supply of Kopi Luwak (poop!) and I'm addicted to poop :(

Yeah, not a huge fan of coffee here. If I need some sort of kick I'll pick up a Monster or something. They taste/smell like otter pops.

Blech, I hate Red Bull. For energy drinks, I like Sobe Adrenaline Rush, and Full Throttle Blue Demon. Amp is ok too.

Those Five Hour energy shots taste nasty, but they go down fast at least.

They don't usually affect me that much, I was surprised. They make me feel less sleepy, but not jittery like diet/energy pills I tried when I was young and stupid.

Its impressive really. Normally i am a bit of a jerk (no for real, i know you think I am this nice guy but I can be mean) but sometimes when i get drunk I go into asshole mode.

One time at a club I ran into this friend of my sister. She was happy to see me and shit and well, lets just say she would have been an easy prey. Then apparently her friends left and I was going near her because this friend with fake boobs was there and I wanted to grind to her, but she calls me out and starts talking about her life and relationships and i go "Why are you telling me this shit?" So she was like, **** you ad I proceded to grind with Plastic Tits.

Of course I dont remember being mean to her until the nexzt day when I was talking to my sister about bumping into her friend.

No, actually, haven't seen those yet.

This is probably a good place to mention that Starbucks just incorporated new Energy Packets to it's list of things to add to your drink.

It is a small pouch, and we can add it to any drink you like. It goes best with espresso but also goes well with our iced teas.

It is a mixture of guarana, ginseng, and B-12. It's got an insane kick. I take them home sometimes and just go at it. Although, I should probably add that this is mostly stuff that makes up energy drinks, and has the same crash effect a lot of times.

I'm from Canada so obviously I'm addicted to Tim Hortons. I think that place should be a tourist attraction for foreigns... from 6am-2pm people are lined up sometimes all the way outside, and the drive thru has cars lined up into the streets... all for a cup of coffee that they could easily get at one of the other 10 coffee chains, or the other 100 stand alone coffee places.

Tim Horton deals in cocaine I'm pretty sure.

Actually I do but since thats at least 6 to 8 years in the future I just enjoy my youth days. I even kinda picked who I could marry, problem is that she may have an obesity and diabetes gene and she wants to marry by the time she is 27 and she is around 2 years older than me. So actually I dont think thats gonna work.

There's a place local called Simone's, though, that has damn awesome coffee and tea. And mixed drinks. And pastries. Neat place with a board filling an entire wall, all the items and prices written in chalk; around the long, curved window are tables for two, with a big community table set in the center of the room and newspapers courtesy of management. A section in the back sells trinkets created by local artists. But the coffee owns.

And the baristas are foxy.

Growing up with spring water kinda ruined me for anything but that or bottled water, I can taste the chemicals in tap water. I need to get me one of those filter systems.

When I was working at a bar, I used to come in on mornings when it wasn't my shift, just to get a good full pot of freshly brewed free coffee pumping through my veins.
