Does your Benq have a glass finish? Man those are sexy. How's Windows 7 aswell?

I just have my laptop now, which came with a disappointing integrated videocard (not like any are 'good' but intel's chipsets really suck).

Processor: Intel Core2 Duo Processor P7350, 3MB L2 Cache, 2.0GHz, 1066MHz FSB
Card: Intel GMA X3100 358MB Shared (runs like 64meg card)
Monitor: 15.4inch WXGA(1280x800)
HD: 250GB
RAM: 2X2GB DDR
OS: Vista 64 bit Premium

Ya I don't know if you wanna include Laptops but I'm bored

I love my Mac, but I hate the non-gaming it offers. I might do the ol' Boot Camp and put windows on it, but I don't know how to do that and don't want to take the time to learn how. I need an actual desktop, but I guess I'll wait till I graduate in May.

Anyway:

White 15'' MacBook
Proc. Speed = 2.1 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
RAM = 2 x 512MB DDR2
Card = GMA X3100 (Intel)
HD = 125 Gig
OS = Mac OSX 10.5.8

Basically like freeflow's above, but shittier.

I don't really game, so it's not a problem for me. I just play the Sims3 and Civ4 and as long as that works, I'm fine. The only annoying part is that I got Spore via download about a year ago and only got 2 or 3 months of play out of it. I might have to do bootcamp or whatever in order to run ArcGIS next semester in which case I'll get Spore back.

Is the performance boost worth the upgrade to Win 7? I've seen some youtube videos, and the difference doesn't seem to be much. I've also tweaked my OS a little to run smoother.

The administration warnings are almost enough for me to get a new OS, but I dunno if 7 is any better with that. Every time I try to download something I'm on the verge of pulling my hair out.

What would you use a DOS-based computer with a 133mhz processor for nowadays?

My computer consists of:

AMD X2 6400 Black Edition CPU
Gigabyte GA-MA790FX-DS5 Motherboard
8GB DDR2 800 RAM
4 HDDs totaling 2.75TBs
Sapphire Radeon 3870HD
Sound Blaster X-Fi Platinum
PC Power & Cooling Silencer 750 Power Supply. Rock solid power for all those drives.
Antec case with sound insulation.
Viewsonic 22" old school CRT monitor.

I run Vista 64 on the thing. I know I should update the video card and I could probably use more CPU power but neither is remotely in the budget right now. So it has to do.

But can't you play Doom on Windows XP/whatever with Widescreen? I think you just like maxing out an old machine.
