Second Half Games

The second half of 2012 looks to be another good one in terms of a steady stream of AAA titles. Which ones are you looking forward to?

For me, I'm eagerly anticipating Assassin's Creed 3, GTA5, Darksiders 2, and hoping RE6 returns to form (it looks like it will from what I've seen). To a lesser extent, I'm also kinda interested in Black Ops II and Halo 4.

There's others I just don't play but are still what look like good games: Dead Space III, Borderlands II, and Hitman: Absolution.

Even after the end of the world, we've got the Tomb Raider reboot and Bioshock Infinite next year. Income destroyed.

Which ones will be taking your gaming dollars hostage?

I really can't think of a single title that has me excited for the rest of the year. There's Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition, but that doesn't really count. Torchlight II is coming out at some point this year and that looks like fun, but I'm not exactly jumping for joy in anticipation.

Wow, this is weird. There's gotta be something.

I'm actually in catch-up mode right now, trying to play all the games I've wanted to but missed out on for one reason or another. I'll probably continue buying more of these games, too, because there are a lot of them.

I would be excited over Assassins Creed 3 but I have yet to get Revelations. I would have liked some other setting like the one with Japan always being rumoured, maybe an mesoamerican one, which I guess is close to the new North American native thingy but still not as much.

I was excited over RE6 but its again Chris, I much rather like to have Claire back, she is so fucking due for a game.

I'm mainly looking forward to 3 titls: sd gundam g generation overworld,transformers: fall of cybertron and call of duty black ops 2

I had been waiting for Darksiders 2 as well, but I'm poor. As soon as I get some coin, though, that's the first thing I'm going for. I absolutely loved the original.

Hitman Absolution and Assassin's Creed 3 I'll probably rent till I'm sick of them.

Certainly buying Borderlands 2. Got a crew already for the 4 player mayhem.
