For many "name" video game journalists today, their big break in the business came by writing for listservs, newsletters, local papers, and web sites such as AllRPG, developing the personality and critical force that would later earn them the attention of some of the most popular gaming web sites and companies (in fact, our writers have been quoted by Eidos, Ubi Soft, Atlus, and Volition among others). Note: All staff positions on AllRPG.com are on a volunteer basis. Of course, we are happy to provide recommendation letters to any staffers who seek them.

Here are the staff positions currently available. Please fill out every application completely, as incomplete submissions will not be considered. Because we receive so many applications we cannot reply to each one personally, but do not feel disheartened if you are not chosen. You may apply more than once, and as often as you would like. News Writer
The anchor of the AllRPG staff, News Writers are expected to cover, on a daily basis, the latest news in the gaming industry. News Writers may also be called upon to conduct interviews with members of the gaming industry, and can contribute previews, reviews, or any other form of content if they so choose.

Staff Writer
AllRPG Staff Writers primarily focus on reviews and previews, but are also expected to contribute a couple of news articles every week. If you enjoy writing longer pieces, this position may be the most appealing to you.

Editorial Writer
Editorial Writers contribute opinion-based columns and features to AllRPG on a regular schedule, whether daily or weekly. Editorialists may also write opinion-based news articles, satires/parodies or other features.
