Phantasy Star Portable: 500,000 Shipped in Japan

Since it was first released last month on the 31st in Japan, Sega announced they have shipped over 500,000 copies of Phantasy Star Portable for the PlayStation Portable in its first week of sale!  Unfortunately, there has not been any announcement for a release for both North American or European gamers, but by the looks of how well it is going over in Japan, there could be a good possibility that Sega will ship it on over for the PSP.

Square Enix DKSigma3713 Party: The 3rd Birthday for PSP

PSP and Parasite Eve fans get excited! The 3rd Birthday, which is the third installment for the Parasite Eve series, was originally announced to be developed for the NTT DoCoMo cell phone platform only. However, at Square Enix’s DKSigma3713 party, Square Enix stated that it will no longer be for the mobile phone but the PlayStation Portable!

Where You Goin’ PSP? No Where!

Can’t get enough get enough RPGs on the go? Good thing, ’cause Sony’s PlayStation Portable is goin’ no where. According to Sony’s PSP marketing anager John Koller, the portable platform was designed with a 10-year life expectancy.
