Dragon Quest Swords ships February 26

Square Enix announced yesterday that Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors will ship to retailers on February 26, 2008, and of course this means that excited gamers will have this new installment in their systems
on the 27th. Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors is exclusively for the Nintendo Wii virtual console.
For those unexposed to DQ Swords, the storyline surrounds the kindgom of Avalonia which is experiencing years of peace after the battle against the Deathbringer. But ending the harmony in Avalonia is the occurence of powerful monsters lurking outside of towns and calamity arises in the kindgom. It is the gamer's responsibility to uncover the source
to the unsetlling disturbances that do not seem to coincide with Avalonia's peace after defeating the Deathbringer.
The two prized features of Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors are presented through utilizing the Wii Remote in order to attack and use special skills, plus the "Payback Mode" in the US release of the game.
Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors will be selling for the retail price of $49.99 and is rated "T" for Teen.
